Intervention in Morocco on 2 Volvo Penta industrial engines

We intervened in Morocco at the request of one of our customers for the restarting of two engines.
The 1st motor (TWD1231VE) had not been running for a long time.
Operations performed:
- Wiring of the EDC system (stop switch, potentiometer, switch and diagnostic light)
- Starting with a low load for T ° rise and visual inspection
- Load test according to power curve.
- The customer was provided with a list operations to be performed for optimum performance
The second motor (TWD1643GE) mounted on a HIMOINSA generator had cam wear on the camshaft.
Operations performed:
- Starting of the engine with no load for visual inspection.
- Load testing and parameter reading with Vodia.
