Intervention in Guyana for pilot boat motorisation

Following our on-site transport and a complete re-design study to meet the customer's needs, 2 technicians flew to Guyana to carry out work on the 'Behague' pilot boat.

The solution chosen for this new engine was oriented towards a Volvo Penta D6-330 twin engine with ZF220V inverters. All the drive kinematics have been replaced (motors / gimbals / inverters / APH / sterns / chairs / propellers). All of the peripheral circuits have also been reviewed to ensure the sustainability / durability of the new propulsion systems.

Our experience in technical export interventions has enabled us to successfully complete all of our remodelling work on time. A first validation with sea trials was carried out by our technical team. The navigation / operation permit was then allocated by the competent authorities.

Thank you Gerry for your trust and your exemplary welcome!
